Refund and Returns Policy

At Miamatista, your satisfaction is our priority. Every soap and skincare product we create is handmade with care, using natural ingredients and no harmful chemicals. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Due to the nature of handmade skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us at miamatistashop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Gift cards and promotional items

• Sale items (unless defective or damaged)

Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect).

• Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
